Things to Consider in Planning Your Team Party
•Book your location early. The most popular locations fill quickly. Consider
having your party on a weeknight evening following the last game.
•Order trophies and awards by mid-season.
•By mid-season, estimate the party costs per player, including
trophies, gifts, party activity, food, etc.
Collect a portion of the money from each
player to cover any deposits required by your vendors.
•Determine the final cost and collect the balance due from each family
for trophies, gifts, party, etc. at or before the last game.
Some families may
not come to the party, and it can be difficult to collect money when the
season is over.
•Have a contingency plan if your party is an outdoor activity.
